Groen Kettles . com switches to Mac to meet demands of customers

Design Processing Resources Inc. (www.groenkettles.com) has recently seen an increase in customers and sales. We were falling behind on engineering and customer follow up. In order to meet this new demand we switched to Mac computers. This enables us to get dual quad core processors in each computer. This helped cut the engineering time down by 30%. Furthermore this enabled us to run multiple programs at the same time, faster and more efficient than with our PC based computers. In addition we were able to add several programs that really helped with our customer service.

Designed to be added on for aftermarket applications these units are available with single or dual agitation. Agitators are available for such popular models as the TDB series, DEE series, DH series, and FT series. Varimixer VS Hobart

There are several advantages of a Varimixer versus a Hobart. The first is the cost factor. Obviously cost is not a consideration if you are not comparing equals, but here we believe it applies. The Varimixer is almost 25% less than the Hobart size to size. The second advantage is the Varimixer can change speeds on the fly versus the start and stop of Hobart. The third advantage, as the numbers keep piling up is, the Mark IV control panel offered by Varimixer. The Mark IV control panel is a digital control panel that stores up to 20 recipes or formulations for you lab geeks like me. Groen AH Kettle Cover Adjustment

The Groen AH series kettle has a lift assist cover. This mechanism is covered by a stainless steel cover. Beneath the cover is a piston that attached to the cover on one end and the kettle mounted bracket on the other. On each side of the piston are adjustable nuts that set the tension and opening and closing distance. By adjusting these in and out you can adjust the ease of opening and the opening height along with closing depth. This part number for this is #012520. This part is for the complete actuator.
